Every brand has a different process and so procedure/cost to claim warranty may differ.

Proof of purchase is required. Please keep a copy of your e-receipt

For eligible brands, warranty term is 1 year from the date of purchase.

In some cases we may require you to send us the damaged rod or provide photo/video evidence as requested by the manufacturers of the product.

If the item in question is no longer available, a suitable replacement maybe offered at the discretion of the manufacturer.

There may be a waiting time of up to 6 months in some instances due to production schedule.

Sale/Clearance Models are not eligible for warranty claims.
